About Dr. Eric Kron

Dr. Eric Kron is a board-certified physician in foot and ankle reconstructive surgery, and has expertise in flat foot reconstruction, foot and ankle fractures and injuries, sports medicine and arthroscopic treatment of the ankle.

An honor graduate of the Dr. William Scholl College of Medicine at the Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science, Dr. Kron completed his Residency in Foot and Ankle Surgery at the prestigious West Penn Hospital, where he performed over 5,000 foot and ankle procedures and later served as Chief Resident.

He then completed a Fellowship abroad as a third year Resident, working with orthopaedic and trauma surgeons in Germany and Austria and exchanging surgical philosophies and procedures.

Dr. Kron uses the most advanced surgical techniques to return his patients to function, and personalizes care based on the unique needs of each patient.
